A MAN has been hit with a £1,300 court penalty for failing to give police information to identify a driver suspected of committing an offence.
Robert Cooper, 41, of Ash Close, Lower Peover, Knutsford, was found guilty of the offence at Bodmin Magistrates Court on August 15.
A police officer had requested information relating to the identity of a Land Rover driver on September 23 last year.
The Land Rover driver was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Cooper was fined £660 and ordered to pay £620 costs and £66 victim surcharge for failing to give police the information.
His driving licence was also endorsed with six points.
Magistrates gave him until October 10 to pay the £1,346 court bill.
