VACANT premises at 56 Alderley Road, Wilmslow, are earmarked for a luxury cycling business.
Planning approval is being sought from Cheshire East Council for a change of use of the premises from D1 and A1 classifications to A3.
Full planning permission is sought from the authority by The Service Course (Wilmslow) Ltd.

The application said the shop unit was intended to be used as a “new cafeteria restaurant and retail unit for a specialist international luxury cycling business with three areas of interest, food and beverage, retail sales of cycles and accessories and specialist cycling trips.
It added: “The store will be based upon the current stores located across Europe in Girona, Florence and Oslo.”
