Speed limit?
SINCE the start of the roadworks on the A556, there has been a 40mph speed limit marked between the Swan and the M56 junction.
Despite the large “40” signs every few hundred yards, I presume this speed limit is purely advisory as around 80-90 per cent of traffic ignores it and there is no sign of any enforcement.
