IN RESPONSE to your story about doctors’ surgeries.
It’s probably just me who spends eight minutes on hold when calling Annandale surgery.
When they do answer the phone, the office staff seem to think they’ve been through medical school.
Then they offer you an appointment for two weeks later, when you will probably be well again.
