May Day support was fantaastic
May I, through the pages of your newspaper, thank everyone for the support shown to the 150th Knutsford Royal May Day Festival.
From individuals and businesses through to the many retailers who decorated their shop windows and indeed the Guardian for the series of articles in the run-up to Saturday, I say a big thank you.
The town as a whole seemed to capture the spirit of May Day and the weather was truly the ‘Crowning Glory’.
I hope everyone had an enjoyable day and thank you all again.
