Gymfinity Gymnastics Club's Emma Routs and Maggie Thompson represented their region at the women's artistic national development plan competition
GYMNASTS from Knutsford should be proud of how they performed on the national stage last weekend, according to their coach.
Emma Routs and Maggie Thompson were both part of the North West’s team for the women’s artistic development plan competition in Stoke.
The duo, both 10-years-old, train together at Gymfinity Gymnastics Club, based at Egerton Youth Club.
Emma classified ninth overall at grade three, while Maggie finished inside the top 20 at grade four.
“They were amazing,” said head coach Ruth Chapman.
“It’s great to see them be successful, and we’re massively proud of them.”
