Knutsford-based marketing agency, Boxed Red, has been announced as a finalist in the British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards - the company’s second nomination of the year. Boxed Red Marketing has been nominated for a prestigious Customer Service award, for the second time in 2013.

The Knutsford-based company has been named as a finalist in the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management’s British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards (BESMA). The team has been recognised for its efforts in client satisfaction with a nomination in the Customer Service Team of the Year category, with the overall winner to be announced in February.

Boxed Red has been named in this category alongside nationwide brands including E.ON, British Gas, AXA Insurance and Lyreco.

This news comes following Boxed Red’s recent achievements at the 10th Anniversary Trinity Mirror Cheshire Business Awards 2013, where the company achieved a ‘Highly Commended’ accolade in the Customer Focus category.
