A CHARITY golf day is taking place in Tabley to raise funds for two charities.
On December 10, there will be 70 golf players of varying degrees of ability taking to the greens of Heyrose Golf Club, in Tabley, to raise money for East Cheshire Hospice and the British Heart Foundation.
The event – which aims to raise £1,000 – is organised by Mark Rebbeck and Phil Benson, and both charities are very close to the people taking part.
On the day the players will enjoy a breakfast, before playing 18 holes of golf.
They then return to the club house for a two-course evening meal, followed by a raffle and charity auction.
