A POP-UP Community Kitchen has been launched to give chefs and budding food enthusiasts a chance to shine.

Flat Cap Hotels, the team behind The Courthouse in Knutsford, aim to give local food and drink creators a platform to showcase their unique offerings, products, and services to a wider audience.

Businesses currently trading at markets, street food vans or restaurants are being offered the chance to develop their skills.

Local food vendors will work with the hotel’s expert culinary teams to host a set menu evening.

Lily Brown, of Flat Cap Hotels, said: "Showcasing local chefs and their unique cuisines is at the heart of this project.

“We're dedicated to giving these talented individuals a platform to shine and share their culinary artistry with the rest of the town.

“It's about celebrating the vibrant flavours of our community and creating memorable experiences for all.”

Manchester Pasta Co has been selected to showcase their unique culinary delights at The Courthouse on Friday, November 17.

Chef Laurie Curtis will take centre stage, presenting an Italian evening.

This premium experience, priced at £49.99 per person, includes a three-course dining extravaganza, complemented by an arrival glass of fizz and reflects the exceptional artistry and quality for which this company is developing a reputation.

Laurie and his team are renowned not only for their culinary skills but also for their artful presentation, crafting dishes that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate.

A series of special ticketed events will give the public a chance to taste a feast of innovative dishes.

Flat Cap Hotels will be hosting events two to three times a month, at The Courthouse, The Vicarage in Cranage and The Bridge in Prestbury, ensuring a regular influx of new and exciting culinary experiences.

Businesses participating have been carefully selected to provide a diverse and enticing array of cuisine, along with people who have a real story behind their journey.

Among the culinary stars in the line-up are Beigel MCR, Tallow, Hello Oriental and Knowles Green Artisans.

Recently, Hello Oriental presented their unique Oriental street food in a three-course menu evening at The Courthouse, serving guests at 50 tables.
