A SUMMER concert has been hailed a huge success.
Phoenix Voices performed at Knutsford Methodist Church and raised £2,500 for The Joshua Tree.
This Northwich-based charity provides emotional, academic, and practical support for families affected by childhood cancer to help ensure life remains as normal as possible during an incredibly traumatic time.
Pianist Adrian Lord and Cheshire Brass accompanied the singers, directed by musical director Claire Henry.
The choir is now appealing for new members as their new term starts on Tuesday, September 5.
The choir is looking for men and women, particularly to strengthen their treble and bass sections.
Singers perform a huge range of genres including pop, musical theatre, sea shanties and classical.
Phoenix Voices rehearse in the upstairs function room at The Angel on King Street, Knutsford, every Tuesday from 7.30pm to 9pm.
Anyone interested can email phoenix-voices-knutsford@outlook.com for further details.
