House prices in Cheshire East have gone down by an average of over £400 in the month of December, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in December 2022 average house prices in Cheshire East reached £302,312.

This was down from £302,766 in November, representing a 0.2 per cent decrease. In the last 12 months it has risen by 13.9 per cent.
