THE lead has changed hands in the Knutsford and District Amateur Snooker League after a tight round of matches.
Tatton B went into Week Six atop the table but their 4-3 loss to Mobberley A saw them slip back to second spot.
They are replaced at the top by Mobberley C, who beat Shaw Heath 5-2 to record their fifth consecutive win.
Tatton A beat Mobberley B by the same scoreline to remain third while another 5-2 scoreline allowed Tatton C to climb to fourth as they saw off Mere C.
Morley Green edged out Mere A by just eight aggregate points, with the 4-3 scoreline moving them up to fifth spot.
The match contained a break of 38 from Paul Hart and 100+ scores from Morley’s Graham Walls and Mere’s Jack Bushell.
The final match of the week saw Wilmslow Cons A secure bragging rights over the club’s B team, with 100+ frame scores from Mark Anderson and John Paul Diamond helping to seal a 5-2 victory.
