CHRISTMAS arrived early in Knutsford as Santa toured the town to promote the forthcoming festivities at Cottons Hotel and Spa in Manchester Road.
Santa’s sleigh was drawn by shire horses, and his elves handed out mince pies and Christmas brochures.
