Cavity wall fire extinguished at house in Holmes Chapel
CREWS extinguised a cavity wall fire at a house in Holmes Chapel.
Firefighters from Holmes Chapel and Sandbach were called to an address in Bromley Drive on Saturday afternoon after an attempt to remove a wasps nest with a blow torch caused smoke to come from the cavity wall.
They used a hose reel to damp down and a thermal image camera and builders flexible camera to check for hotspots.
