2018 May Queen Charlotte James after being crowned
THE Knutsford Royal May Queen for 2018 will be selected on January 23 at Knutsford Academy in Westfield Drive.
Applications are invited from girls who have previously been candidates for Maids of Honour – whether selected or not – and who are aged 11, 12 or 13 on February 1, 2018.
May Queen applications should be made in writing, stating years entered for Maid of Honour and characters you have been in the intervening years.
Maids of Honour will also be selected on the night from 7pm and can enter on the night.
Candidates are invited who are eight or nine years of age on February 1, 2018 and who have taken part in two previous festivals.
