IF you have got kids with bundles of energy to entertain over Christmas, Knutsford Heritage Centre has the answer in the form of its very own snowman.

The heritage centre, off King Street, is open from Wednesday, December 27 to Saturday, December 30 between 11am and 4pm with entertainment for all the family.

Mr Snowman will be in place outside the shop entrance, overseeing the ‘Find the Snowmen’ challenge.

Children can scour the centre looking for the hidden snowmen, entering a draw for a mystery prize if they’re successful.

The draw costs £1 to enter, with prizes to be drawn on Saturday, January 6. Winners will be notified by text or email.

Visitors will also be able to take a selfie with the lifesize snowman, and find their house or school on the famous 40ft Millennium Tapestry.

The shop is also decorated for the festive season, and offers a variety of gifts and seasonal decorations.

The heritage centre is also open until December 22, and from January 3 to January 6. It is open 11am to 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

Thereafter it will close until January 30.
