CELEBRITY chefs will be dishing out their top tips at a festive rendition of the Tatton Park Foodies Festival this weekend.

From tomorrow through to Sunday, November 19, Tatton Park will be transformed into a culinary winter wonderland as the first three-day festive feast showcases the best Cheshire has to offer.

More than 200 stalls will form the artisan Christmas market, with Gin Alley and the Cakes and Desserts Theatre are also set to entertain while the kids bake and decorate at Elf Cookery School.

Sue Hitchens of Foodies Festivals said: “We are delighted to be building on the success of the Summer Foodies Festival and launching Foodies Festival Christmas in the magical setting of Tatton Park.

“Visitors can expect festive flavours and top tips for a perfect Christmas feast.”

Great British Bake Off finalist Luis Troyano, MasterChef winners Jane Devonshire and Simon Wood, and Knutsford’s own David Mooney of The Old Sessions House will be among those serving up a feast of advice.

Jane, who won the prestigious TV competition in 2016, said: “I’m delighted to be returning to Foodies Festival Christmas this weekend in the magical setting of Tatton Park.

“I love sharing my recipe tips and helping fellow foodies realise how fun and rewarding it is to try out new festive flavours for a perfect Christmas feast."

Also in attendance will be Mike Brand of George's Restaurant, Aiden Byrne of Manchester House, Adam Reid from The French, Robert Taylor of Mr Cooper's House & Garden at Simon Rogan's Restaurant, Michelin-starred Fraiche’s Marc Wilkinson, Stephen Moore of Grafan, Lewis Gallagher of Provenance and ex-Corrie star Sean Wilson from Saddleworth Cheese Co.

With Street Food Avenue, wine experts, Crème Brulee campervans and everything in between, there is something for all food lovers.

The festival is open from 5pm to 9pm on Friday, 10am to 6pm on Saturday, and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.

Tickets cost £10 on Friday and £14 on the weekend, with a three-day ticket £20 and VIP tickets – including bubbly, a private bar, a goodie bag and priority masterclass entry, £35 on Friday or £38 on the weekend.
