A CONSULTATION on proposed changes to the bus service across Cheshire East Council closes on Wednesday, July 26.
The council is looking to save almost £1.6 million from April 2018.
Proposals as currently outlined would see the reduction of the 88 service to Altrincham reduced from half-hourly to hourly, while services to Macclesfield - the 27 - and Northwich - 289 - would be merged into a new route.
The 300 circular route would see cuts to its weekend and weekday evening timetable.
The Goostrey to Holmes Chapel to Sandbach service, number 319, is also facing the axe.

Forms are also available at all council libraries.
