KING Street car park will be partially closed for nine days starting on Monday next week.
Cheshire East Council is partially closing the site to carry out improvement works between Monday, January 23 and Tuesday, January 31.
Signs have been placed in the car park and residents and shops with access from the car parks have been provided with leaflets.
There will be a ‘small area’ of limited parking still open throughout the works, which will take place over six working days.
The majority of the work will take place at the end of the car park near the toilets and the central parking bays.
The entrances off King Street and Moorside will also be resurfaced but one entrance will be kept open throughout.
