THE fate of Knutsford's former sessions house will be decided by Cheshire East Councillors at a meeting next Wednesday.
On Wednesday, January 11 at 10am, councillors will meet at Macclesfield Town Hall in The Capesthorne Room to discuss items on the Northern Planning committee, which will include a debate and decision on application 16/4136M, the change of use of the former Sessions House in Toft Road, which is being transformed into a hotel by Flat Cap Hotels.
The committee will decided whether to approve plans to make the appropriate adjustments to the interior of the former court house in order for the applicants to convert it into 42 bedrooms.
The application is recommended for approval subject to conditions.
