Changes to planned M6 closures
CHANGES have been made to planned dates for M6 closures from junction 19 at Knutsford to 18 at Middlewich.
Highways England will be closing the motorway northbound on Wednesday, November 30 from 10pm to 6am and southbound on Thursday, December 1 from 10pm to 6am.
The original diversions planned for the closures, which will be signposted, are to remain the same.
According to a statement from Sam Maidment, stakeholder engagement manager, the planned activities were affected by weather and the new dates will also be subject to change based on the weather.
