Youth charged with criminal damage following incident outside Mobberley Co-op
A 16-YEAR-OLD has been arrested outside the Co-operative store in Mobberley on Sunday afternoon.
The youth, who was apprehended by police officers in Town Lane at around 12.20pm on October 23, has been charged with obstructing or restricting an officer in the execution of duty, making off without payment, use of threatening, abusive or insulting words and criminal damage under the value of £5,000.
He will appear at Stockport Youth Court on November 9.
