'Fire' at The Angel pub on King Street was just a hoax
THREE fire engines were called to The Angel pub in Knutsford this afternoon following a 999 call.
Just after midday reports came in on social media of a 'fire' at the pub.
However, Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service shortly after confirmed that the call was a hoax.
Two fire crews from Knutsford attended the scene and one from Greater Manchester was on its way before being called off.
Paramedics also attended the scene.
