CO-WORKING group Knutsford Jelly is aiming to share the secret of sweet success with budding entrepreneurs.

A free lunchtime business workshop will be launched at the next Knutsford Jelly co-working event on November 26 at the Studio at Knutsford.

Knutsford Startup Surgery is a series of free workshops for new businesses or those who are considering starting up a business. During the surgery, guests will hear a short talk from industry experts and participate in an open question and answer session.

The first workshop, which will take place from 1-2pm, will include two master classes on the topics of marketing, and advice on getting a new business off the ground.

Guest speakers include business owners David Trott, of Impact Charity Advisors, and Mike Braun, of Tax Matters Accountants.

“The Startup Surgery is a natural next step for Knutsford Jelly,” said David. “The Jelly is there to support businesses without any of the usual hard-sell or forced networking, and we want the Surgery to do the same.”

Knutsford Jelly is free event for homeworkers, freelancers, and business owners, offering a different environment to work from for the day. Normally held in the Town Council offices, the November Jelly will take place in the newly opened Studio at Knutsford, on the site of Knutsford Academy, Bexton Road.

James Routs, of the Studio at Knutsford, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be hosting the event at the Studio at Knutsford, and sharing our inspirational facilities with local businesses.”

Both Knutsford Jelly and the Startup Surgery take place on the last Wednesday of every month. To book a place on either event, visit knutsfordjelly.co.uk.
