ST Luke’s Hospice supporters are being asked to bring unwanted items from their wardrobe to a fundraiser being held next week.
The ‘Change of a Dress’ event takes place at The Oak Tree of Peover, formerly known as Peover Golf Club, on Monday, October 6, from 6pm to 8pm and Tuesday, October 7, from 10am to midday.
“Everyone has something in their wardrobe that no longer fits, or that impulse buy that has never been worn,” said event organiser Rachael Knight.
“So we are asking our supporters to bring their items all priced up, which are displayed beautifully ready to open the doors in the evening to the public to browse and buy.”
Sixty per cent of the profit goes to the seller, and 40 per cent to the hospice.
“If you have designer or ‘posh’ high street, gently-used on-trend items you wish to sell we would love to hear from you prior to the event,” added Rachael.
You can call Rachael on 555687.
