A KNUTSFORD dairy is urging residents to be on the lookout after milk was stolen from doorsteps on two neighbouring roads in the early hours of Saturday morning.

At 4.30am on June 7, Sheldon’s Dairy received a call from a customer who said three youths were stealing milk and a milk holder from a property on Manor Crescent.

Two workers from the dairy responded to the call and set out to find the culprits but their search was unsuccessful.

Later in the day, another customer called the Parkgate-based dairy to say they had seen youths on neighbouring Lowe Drive snatching milk.

Police have been made aware of the incidents and residents who spot any suspicious behaviour should contact the police directly.  Call the non-emergency number 101.
