TWO personal trainers are putting on an eight-week programme for those wanting to change their lifestyle but will be helping to raise money for a Millington charity at the same time.

Members of the ‘Body Transformation Squad’ will follow a customised plan that has been designed for those wanting to make dramatic changes to their health, fitness and physical appearance.

This eight week programme led by celebrity-personal-trainer Greg Johnson, will begin on March 3 at a private location, just outside Wilmslow and includes three tailored training sessions per week plus expert guidance on nutrition and lifestyle.

Not only that, there will also be cash prizes for the top three ‘Transformations’.

Be part of a small ‘Squad’ achieving incredible results, transforming not just your body but also helping to transform the lives of children by raising money for charity.

Join the team and go pound for pound, whereby every individual pound of body weight lost will count towards a combined total at the end of the program, which will then be doubled by us and donated to our chosen charity, ‘Children’s Adventure Farm Trust’.

Helen Crowther, fundraiser for the charity, said: “We are over the moon that Greg and Alex have chosen to support our charity with their new venture, Body Transformation Squad. It means so much to us when local businesses and individuals pledge to raise money for our charity, the money they will raise will change the lives of countless children in desperate need from all over our region.”
