THE new owner of one of Knutsford’s heritage buildings is holding a charity evening to celebrate its renovation.
Michelle Mercer, along with partner Mary Brennan, bought Cranford Gardens in Ruskin Court in January.
Michelle was looking at moving her clinical hypnotherapy business into the Richard Harding-Watt building but decided it would make a better house.
“We bought it as an office with a view to having it as a home,” she said.
“All of the community around us have said it’s nice that it has been restored.”
The couple are holding a wine and cheese evening, sponsored by Meller Braggins, on Monday, June 24 in aid of Knutsford Heritage Centre at their home, from 7pm to 9pm.
Tickets are £10, which are available from the heritage centre.
