Osborne hits jackpot for hospice with briefcase doodle
KNUTSFORD’S MP helped raise £20,000 for East Cheshire Hospice thanks to this doodle of his red box, pictured.
George Osborne penned the picture for the Times Doodle Auction, which was auctioned by Christies last week.
He said: “I am thrilled my ‘doodle’ has raised such a large sum of money for the hospice, which is a great local charity helping people at their greatest hour of need in my constituency.”
