Style over substance
I HAVE long been a customer of Knutsford market, especially at the veg stall, as I like to buy local stuff, not wrapped in plastic.
However, I think they need to be careful that style over substance doesn’t take over.
The changes that are happening there will only work if people feel they are getting value for money, and not being overcharged, even if accidentally, and on more than one occasion!
