Think of cyclists
I AM sure we all look forward to the introduction of the refurbished Class 158 trains on the mid- Cheshire line. If there are to be three coaches then there are just two spaces for bicycles in coach C.
No mention was made in the article about accommodating bicycles which currently cannot be booked on trains and are carried at the discretion of the guard.
If we are to reduce congestion and its attendant costs it is important that cycling commuters can take advantage of this simple and inexpensive facility.
