REGARDING Gilbert Paton’s letter, Guardian, February, 25.
Everyone knows that wind generators are expensive, that is not the point. The cost of complacency to future generations is the greater expense.
The fact there has been no significant rise in temperature in the last few years will be due to other factors than CO2 accumulation in the atmosphere.
I wonder if our letter writer is a gardener, if so, he will have noted the fact spring is now arriving at least two weeks earlier than a decade ago.
