WEEK three of the Knutsford and District Amateur Snooker League saw Tatton A storm to the top of the table in fine style.
They scored the season’s first 7-0 scoreline against Wilmslow Cons B.
Mobberley C continued their strong start to the season with a 5-2 win in a derby match against their B team – their third successive 5-2 victory.
Morley Green came out on top against Shaw Heath in a close match between two sides who are both fancied to challenge for the title.
The match included a 104 frame score from Shaw Heath’s Adam Griffiths, who continues his strong start to the season following his 49 break in Week One.
Both Mere teams are still looking for their first win of the season after the A team lost 5-2 to Tatton C and the C team lost 4-3 to Tatton B.
Mobberley A ran out 4-3 winners against Wilmslow Cons A in a match that saw all 6 frames decided on either pink or black.
