THE cricket season may be over, but Toft Cricket Club’s juniors will still be training through the autumn.
The club have put together an “autumn package” to keep their younger players training and it has proved extremely popular so far, with around 20 juniors from each age group taking part in the two sessions held outdoors so far.
There will be one more outdoor session this Saturday before training moves indoors for the next five weeks, starting from Sunday, November 1.
Under 9s and under 11s indoor sessions will be between 2pm and 3pm, with the under 13s and under 15s following from 3pm to 4pm.
The autumn package is available for £35 per junior and is available to purchase from Toft Cricket Club’s official website.
