High Legh Park's Debbie Brayzier and Sarah Caldwell with the Doris Chambers Cup
HIGH Legh Park Golf Club pair Debbie Brayzier and Sarah Caldwell took home the coveted Doris Chambers Cup at the weekend.
After 16 pairs started the coveted foursomes knockout competition, the winners of last year’s Stableford event emerged victorious after beating Vale Royal Abbey’s Sue Wiseman and Franky McIver one up in a nip-and-tuck final.
Their semi-final had been equally tight as they edged out Tracey Reeves and Alison Buck of Wallasey by the same score at Delamere Forest Golf Club.
