IT has been a busy half-term of sport for High Legh Primary School.
From athletics to volleyball and plenty in between, the school has been punching above its weight in several arenas.
Year Six student Alisha Pemberton won a Cheshire Schools table tennis competition and has earned the right to compete at the national finals in April.
Some of Alisha’s Year Six classmates came third out of 15 competing schools at an indoor athletics competition in Warrington.
High Legh will also have a team at the Cheshire Games hockey finals at Alderley Edge Hockey Club in March while children from the school have also competed in basketball and volleyball competitions.
