A KNUTSFORD netballer has entered the England pathway.
Eve Cosgrove represents the Warrington Town Senior Elite Netball Club but has now gained selection for the Wasps Netball Performance League under 19s squad based at Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
Teammate Grace Bates, from Lymm, has been selected too.
"All the players and coaching team are very proud of both Eve and Grace," said Warrington Town head coach Yvonne Sampson.
"Both girls have come up through our elite junior section.
"Eve plays in defence and is a player that is committed to getting the ball – in netball terms she 'hunts the ball'.
"Grace plays in attack, her position is WA, she's a workhorse feeding accurate passes into the shooters.
"Both players have a steely determination to succeed and are team players.
"They are part of the Warrington Senior Elite Premiership squad and play when available as they are an asset to the team."
