BRUCE Tulley continues to set the standard in the Knutsford and District Amateur Snooker League after claiming another individual title.
The Mobberley star saw off the challenge of teammate Tony Crompton on Sunday to prevail in the Six Reds Challenge – a short-format handicap competition – for a second time.
His break of 36 was a highlight in the final at Victory Hall.
That duo had ended the run of Andy and Gary Long, a father and son who are members at Brook Street, at the semi-finals stage.
A total of 13 players contested a group-stage earlier in the day with Tulley and Gary Long leading the way in their section after winning four of their six matches.
Meanwhile Crompton and Andy Long had claimed victory in four of their five frames.
