KNUTSFORD’S seconds hope to end a wait for their first victory in the Warrington and District Winter League when they take on Capricorn tonight, Wednesday.
Wing attack Jen Bazley was their best player in a 65-25 defeat against Premier Division pacesetters Halton last time out.
In Division One, Abi Cocksedge dominated from centre court during a 47-17 victory for Knutsford against Beechwood’s seconds.
They target a fourth successive win when they meet Warrington Town’s thirds.
Gemma Greene’s reliability in defence was a highlight for Knutsford’s thirds on Wednesday during a 31-15 reverse against Warrington Town’s fourths in Division Two.
Knutsford’s fourths went down 25-15 against Beechwood’s thirds in Division Three, with Charlie Linas receiving the player of the match award.
