PLUMLEY & DISTRICT PROBUS CLUB by David Cowgill
Members of the Plumley Probus club met at their usual venue, the Golden Pheasant recently and had an interesting talk from Alan Easterbrook about ' bees and beekeeping'.
Alan is a member of the South Cheshire Bee Keeping Association and to the relief of members, brought with him several items from a beehive, but no bees.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday, August 25 when Ian Bostock will talk about his life in the wine trade.
