KNUTSFORD Guardian photographer Geoff Statham found these pictures of the former Royal George Hotel in his archives.
The building is now part of the Regent Street development, which opened more than two years ago.
There are plans to open a new restaurant in former Royal George Hotel ballroom.
But the Guardian recently told how The Individual Restaurant Company’s directors were unavailable to speak about the Bar and Grill proposals.
