A KNIFE amnesty is being held at Knutsford Library.
A surrender bin will be available for any unwanted sharp implements such as kitchen knives, tools, scissors, display knives and swords.
Knives can be handed in during a police surgery on Saturday, August 24 from 11.30am to 12.50pm.

The collection is being held to prevent dangerous weapons getting into the wrong hands.
A Knutsford police spokesman said: “There will be a knife amnesty bin where anyone can bring knives they no longer need so they can be disposed of safely with no questions asked.”
Cheshire continues to have one of the lowest rates of knife-related crimes.
