KNUTSFORD Music Festival takes off next month with a feast of live entertainment.

The summer celebration returns from June 13-16 as singers and musicians perform at venues across the town.

An exciting line-up has been announced for the free open air Music on the Moor on Saturday, June 15 from 12pm to 4pm and the three-day festival.

Live music and activities will offer something to suit all ages.

Knutsford Town Council has teamed up with BBC Radio 2 folk show host and Knutsford resident Mark Ratcliffe to bring another fantastic selection of folk and blues performers.

“A relaxed, inclusive event, celebrating local talent and bringing people together.

“It’s fabulous that this year we will have the addition of a BBQ from the local Scouts and the brilliant Knutsford Beer Festival joining us.”

Local bands Healey Badger and Instant Vintage will return to stage alongside some new faces such as Jack Woodward, Ambiere, Chloey Rose and Hangman’s Howl.

This event will also showcase the talents of upcoming youngsters Elise Higham and Perine Duchesnes.

A creative craft table run by Love to Craft Mcr will give people the chance to create their own masterpiece, inspired by the rhythm of the music.

Noodle Performing Arts will encourage children to take part in a performance workshop.

Knutsford Scouts will be running a barbecue and Knutsford Beer Festival will be hosting a pop-up.

Fringe events will include everything from electronic beats and community choirs to classics and Spanish music.

On Thursday, June 13, Protest, Pattern and Party will be at Wine and Wallop from 6pm.

Cocktails & Canvas ‘Monkey Music’ will be performing at Lost & Found from 7.30pm.

The Photography of Scarlet Page will be staged at Oil Art from June 13-23.

On Friday, June 14, DJ Nige will be at Wine & Wallop from 8pm.

At Lost & Found, Feel Good Classics will be performing from 6pm and Ai Over the Top from 9pm.

On Saturday, June 15, Knutsford Beats choir will be performing on Regent Street from 11.30am.

DJ Night will be at Lost and Found from 12pm.

The Select Committee - 3pm at The Builders Arms from 3pm and Soulful Minds Music follow from 6pm.

Live Electronic Music and Art Exhibition will be at Detaljer from 6pm.

On Sunday, June 16, the Star Choir will perform on Regent Street from 11.30am.

DJs Brad and Millie will be at Lost & Found from 12pm.

Northwestern will be at The Builders Arms from 2pm, followed by Marc Gallagher Ukelele Man at 4pm.

Chilled Spanish Sunday will be held at Evuna from 2pm.

An afternoon of Emotive and Evocative Vocals will be held at Detaljer from 2pm.
