A PLEA has been made for people to help brighten up the town.
Knutsford in Bloom volunteers will be planting up summer planters and hanging baskets this week.
Town ranger Bob Garner will be leading the team from 10am tomorrow, Thursday, May 9.

A spokesman for Knutsford Town Council said: “If you can lend a hand for an hour, we’d greatly appreciate it.
“The kettle will be on!”
Volunteers will be meeting at the council offices on Toft Road.
Knutsford in Bloom is a group of volunteer residents who aim to encourage local sustainable planting projects in and around the town.
