AN inquest has been opened into the sudden death of a 30-year-old woman from Knutsford.
Rebecca Jane Simmons died at her home on Tabley Grove on Tuesday, February 6.
She was found by her mum, Jennifer Simmons, who was unable to wake her.
Paramedics came to the house but she couldn't be resuscitated.
At a hearing at Warrington Coroner’s Court on Wednesday, March 27, area coroner Jacqueline Devonish formally opened an inquest into Rebecca’s death on the grounds she was satisfied it was unnatural.
Mrs Devonish then adjourned the case until Wednesday, August 14, to give time for an investigation to take place.
There will be an internal review on Monday, May 27.
