A DRIVER clocked speeding on a busy road has been hit with a £398 court penalty.
Michelle Vickers, of Lindfield Estate North, Wilmslow, was charged with exceeding the 50mph speed limit in Manchester.
The 48-year-old was caught on camera driving a Land Rover Discovery on the A538 Wilmslow Road near Mill Lane, Ringway at a speed of 60mph on July 11, last year.

Magistrates found the case proved at Manchester Magistrates’ Court after listening to the evidence on February 6.
Vickers was fined £220 and ordered to pay £90 costs and an £88 victim surcharge.
Her driving licence was also endorsed with three points.
The defendant was given until March 19 to pay the £396 court bill.
