A MAN has been charged following the discovery of a large cannabis farm in Alderley Edge.
Fitim Avdiaj was arrested on Wednesday, February 28, after police raided an address on Heywood Close.
The 31-year-old of Heywood Close has since been charged with the production of class B drugs (cannabis).

Avdiaj appeared at Chester Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday, where he was released on conditional bail.
He is next set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Thursday, April 4.
Police found more than 100 cannabis plants inside the house.
Officers said both the first floor and attic at the property had been converted to produce cannabis on a large scale.
