POLICE are cracking down on illegal parking.
Two drivers have been issued with fixed penalty notices for causing obstructions around Ashdene Primary School in Wilmslow.
It follows a spate of incidents in which parents have stopped on double yellow lines, zigzags and pavements when they take children to and from school.

Posting on social media, PCSO James Morris said: “The parking around Ashdene Primary School is one of my focuses at drop-off and pick-up times.

“I have been out in the morning and afternoon to discourage offences, advise drivers and enforce against obstructive parking.
