Barclays volunteers give Knutsford Academy changing rooms a facelift

Staff at Barclays gave up time through their initiative of volunteering days to give Knutsford Academy a new look.

The team redecorated and upgraded the changing room facilities and outdoor area of the Westfield Drive site.

A £1,000 grant was given to the school to fund materials and the project took two days to complete.

Headteacher Karen Key said: “We are very grateful to Barclays staff who gave of their time to provide some much needed additional help and support for the school.

“Many of the students have already commented on their improved facilities thanks to the Barclays volunteers.”
