KIND-HEARTED volunteers served Christmas lunch for people on their own.
Knutsford Lions Pat and Clive Heath and local people gave up time on Christmas Day to help combat loneliness.
A full traditional three course roast dinner was prepared by a team of volunteers.

Town mayor Cllr Peter Coan chatted to guests and Santa gave out presents.

Lions and friends socialised with guests, who were driven from their homes to the Stanley Centre for the celebration.
Clive said: “It was lovely to have lonely people for this special lunch in the Stanley Centre again this year, even though its future is so uncertain.
